Do you offer ongoing support after a project ends?
Yes. I offer retainer-based support packages covering updates, bug fixes, and small changes. Work outside a retainer is billed at $25/hr.
Will I be able to manage the store myself after launch?
Yes. I build with the WordPress admin in mind and hand off documentation for anything non-standard.
How do you handle communication and task tracking?
I use ClickUp to manage tasks, track progress, and keep everything in one place. It gives you full visibility into the project at any stage.
